Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick-thinking, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements
- Proven administrative or assistant experience

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to produce tender drawings for our client consulting engineers. Our projects encompass a wide range of sectors, including commercial, institutional, high-rise residential, and industrial developments.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of designers and draftsmen to produce tender drawings for client consulting engineers
- Design building systems for commercial, institutional, high-rise residential, and industrial projects
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors in power distribution systems, lighting systems, and communication systems
- Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Work independently with limited supervision after receiving specific guidelines, industry standards, codes, and specifications from a foreign office/client design team
- Create electrical building system schematics, layout receptacles, lights, and create panel schedules
- Work quickly and efficiently while paying attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in building systems design for office buildings, high-rise residential properties, hotels, laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and telecommunications switch centers (experience in these areas is advantageous).
- Proficiency in REVIT is required to oversee REVIT draftsmen and designers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong team player with high motivation, effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
